Summary: The Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control has added one entry to its list of Specially Designated Narcotics Trafficker Kingpins.

  • On November 10, 2004, the Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) changed an entry from blocked pending investigation (BPI-SDNTK) to now being designated as a Specially Designated Narcotics Trafficker Kingpin.
