On March 11, 2002, the Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) amended its listing of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons by adding two names of Specially Designated Narcotics Traffickers. Their assets must be blocked immediately.

Attached is a copy of the OFAC bulletin announcing the additions. Also attached is information from OFAC containing all changes to the list of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons since January 1, 2002. OFAC has asked that we distribute the information to all FDIC-supervised institutions so records can be checked for accounts that are required to be blocked.
