SUBJECT: Entities That May Be Conducting Banking Operations Without Authorization

The Central Bank of Belize has issued a warning about entities that are not licensed to provide banking and/or financial business in Belize. Any proposed transactions involving Trinity Savings Bank and Goldman & Stein should be viewed with extreme caution.

Please provide any information about these entities to Central Bank of Belize, P.O. This information, as well as information on any other unauthorized entities, also may be forwarded to the FDIC's Special Activities Section, 550 17th Street, NW, Room F-6012, Washington, DC 20429, or transmitted electronically to alert@fdic.gov .
