SUBJECT: Fictitious Cashier's Checks

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency has advised us that fictitious cashier's checks drawn on the City National Trust Company, 2816 Morris Avenue, Union, New Jersey, are in circulation. A copy of one such instrument is attached. The entity has not been granted a national charter to conduct banking and trust business.
