Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I disagree with the FDIC raising the asset limits on banks that require full exams. This makes banks continue to be irresponsive to all communities. In fact, I think all banks should undergo full exams. In fact the CRA prevents heavy taxation and allows the banks to invest in communities to help reduce strain on public resources. This inturn will allow President Bush to continue the war on terrorism, redirect funds to good public education and protecting our community.
