Gentlemen:

Please understand the Bankers who are burden by the enormous amount of
review by the regulators. If our bank is doing a good job, is it
necessary to burden them with multiple visits? Isn't there some way you
can complete your goals without the burden and expense to the Bank?
Please explore how this could be done. Our small bank is in great shape
and should be complimented!

Thank You.

JoAnne Quarles-Sikes
