Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I oppose the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $250 million to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act. This policy would reduce lending, investments and services in low-income communities.

I work for a Homebuyer Counseling Agency that assists low to moderate income families to purchase homes in order to improve and maintain neighborhoods in the community. We rely on lenders that provide fair and community-oriented services and loans for our customers. The FDIC's proposal would go against everything we are trying to do.

Thank You.
