Gentlemen Re RIN 3064-AC50:

I strongly oppose the proposed rule changing the Community Reinvestment Act regulations. As a private consultant working with small rural entrepreneurs and the non-profit organizations who assist entrepreneurs, it is my opinion that the proposed changes will really undermine the ability of new businesses to access capital and will hinder the development of our rural communities. Please do not adopt this rule.
