**************

This message concerns inaccuracies in my

credit report that all three credit reporting

agencies, Equifax, Transunion, and

Experian, have refused to correct despite

repeated notifications by me. These corporations

have also refused to conduct adequate

research to accurately reflect closed credit

card accounts as closed. The above-

named credit reporting agencies have

listed me as having a mortgage. I have

never had a mortgage. They have been advised

repeatedly to that effect but have refused

to amend their records.

These agencies have repeatedly been

advised about credit-card accounts I held

in the past but that have since been

cancelled. They have refused to do even

the most basic investigations, such as making

phone calls or writing letters to the

relevant banks to verify these facts.

They have refused to accept copies of

letters sent to me from relevant credit-card issuing banks

themselves testifying to these cancellations.

Please take note of these concerns and

distribute them to all agencies who may

have a constructive role in remedying these

abuses. If this letter is insufficiently

framed or deficient in information for you to take

action on, please advise me of any further

information you may need.

Yours Very Truly,

Dominic
