I oppose the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $250 million to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act. This policy would reduce lending, investments and services in low-income communities."

The Mid South IDA Initiative has received invaluable support from regional and local financial institutions that is due, in part, to CRA requirements. We sincerely appreciate and are thankful for the partnerships that have formed with area banks.
