Subject: Proposed Rule on Customer Identification Program

Comment:

From: Thomas D. Sartor
Senior Vice President
Citizens Bank & Trust Co
Marks, Mississippi 38646

Regulation Implementing Section 326

Section 103.121(b)(4) Comparison with Government Lists.

There needs to be ONE list standardized and provided in electronic form.
The Government should be able to combine all listS into a single listing
without duplications.

Thanks for your consideration of this suggestion.
