Subject: Internal Ratings-Based Systems for Retail Credit Risk for Regulatory Capital.

Who is kidding whom? This is a pretty esoteric piece of
journalism to address retail credit risk. Is there a Cliff Notes
version to this?? Looks to me like something more common sense and
workable is in order rather than this lengthy epistle by individuals who
are pretty far removed from everyday banking. Trying to apply this
looks to not be very workable or practical.
