Subject: Stored Value Cards

These stored value cards are a license to steal. How do you pay your mortgage or pay your rent if you are doing business with an individual. How do you save money when you have to use the card up and if there is money left to save how do you get it out? I can see a lot of other problems as they will soon be charging to use them. Service to customers is a thing of the past.

What has America come to?
