Dear Sirs:

The changes you propose for CRA will surely result in fewer loans to low income borrowers. Thus, theopportunity for low and moderate income groups to receive much needed financial education and the chance to improve their security and stability will be seriously impaired.

Please revise your proposal to one which will enable the most deserving of the low income people in this country to live 'the american dream'.
