Subject: Community Reinvestment 12 CFR Part 345

I oppose the FDIC's proposal to let banks with assets above $250 million to be scrutinized as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act. This course of action would diminish lending, investments and services in areas Northland Neighborhoods, Inc. serves.
