Gentlepersons:

I am a former bank officer (Security Pacific national Bank, 1969-1972). I
know well the need for full and complete exams. That need is ever greater
today because of the management priorities so many banks have adopted.

I ask that you do not relieve this requirement from banks with assets from
250 million to one billion dollars.
