Subject: Part 363-Independent Audits and Reporting Requirements

I believe the proposed amendments and revisions are reasonable and serve to have common reporting among similar sized financial institutions, which should serve to enhance the credibility of the banking industry as a whole. In short, I do not believe it to be wise to have disparity among the internal control monitoring and/or reporting for similar sized financial institutions. Therefore, I support your proposed amendments to Section 36 Part 363 of the FDIC Regulations.
