Subject: EGRPRA burden reduction comment

Since Section 305 of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act provides sufficient and significant insurance consumer protection rules, why is it still necessary to disclose this information on the note with its insurance statement as required in TIL/12 CFR part 226.18(N) of Reg Z?
