Subject: Reg Burden Relief

To Whom It May Concern;

As a community banker, I strongly endorse the proposal to increase the asset size of banks eligible for the streamlined CRA examination. While I strongly believe in the purpose of this reg, I strongly believe that the nature of the reg, and the compliance burden the overall collective regulatory weight brings needs to be reduced in every practical way.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions or comments.
