I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will harm to rural communities. : As a property owner in a rural community I can assure you that the all of the nation will benefit by providing the investment necessary for them to catch up with urban areas, especially in services and infrastructure.
