I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will harm to rural communities. : This action may make the American Dream of owning your own home a fantasy for those in poor and rural communities, not to mention severely limit other community development needs. This change is destructive to America's future. I urge you to discard the proposed rule change. Thank you for your consideration.
