To Whom It May Concern:

As a rural service provider, I support CRA and its continuation. Over the years, CRA has resulted in many beneficial working relationships with our local lenders, part of which is due to the CRA credit and compliance requirement. Many poverty and working poor individuals and families have benefited as a result of CRA. Thus, I am strongly opposed to any changes/diluting of CRA. This would be most detrimental to the rural areas!!
