I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural communities. : I not only oppose the proposed action but I resent the fashion in which it is being undertaken. The fact that it is being attempted to slide this under the radar so to speak is further evidence that you know that this is the wrong thing to do and were hoping to get away with it un noticed.

If you continue with this action I will ask congress to stop you in your efforts.
