I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural communities. : As Director of an Economic Development District in the most rural state in the country, the proposed changes to the CRA will be devastating for rural Vermonters. It will impede economic growth and hinder sustainable communities. Rural areas are being hit hard and cannot afford additional legislation which stifles growth and development. I would strongly urge you not to approve these CRA changes.
