I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will harm to rural communities. : I think that the families that are struggling to stay above the drowning waters of debt , who are trying to merely stay afloat week to week deserve to have every opportunity available. Don't go ahead with this proposal. Many children will thank you for it.
