Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I oppose the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets over 250 Million Dollars tob e examined as small banks under the CRA. In our community of Orange County with the ongoing increase in property values it will further impact on the availability of affordable homes for the majority of our working populaiton.
