I urge you not to approve the proposed revisions to 12 CFR 345 regarding the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA). As a small, rural nonprofit housing developer we often deal with small banks that do good work based on their CRA requirements. These are not onerous, but effective in keeping a strong focus on the community. Keep these effective rules applying to banks over the current threshold. Thank you.
