Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

Dear FDIC,
I am appalled that the Community Reinvestment Act may be weakened by relieving many banks of their obligation to provide investments in low-income areas. Loans for these areas would help low and moderate-income families as well as their entire neighborhoods to improve their economic situations. How can Bush and his cronies undermine this fine program? I would like to go on record by saying that this step is just one more effort to help the rich and undermine
the poor. It's unkind, unhelpful, unproductive in the long run, immoral, and unAmerican.
Sincerely yours,
Alita Kiaer
