Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I oppose allowing banks with assets above 250 million to be examined as small banks. Our communities already suffer from predatory lending. Without the protection of the Community Reinvestment Act, low-income people will receive even less service and the predators will move in to take their place. Thank you for your consideration.
