Subject: Community Reinvestment 12 CFR Part 345

I oppose the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $250 million to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act. This policy would reduce lending, investments and services in low-income communities.

I work for an organization that help provide low-income housing to first time homebuyers and they have a difficult time finding funding for houses that they can afford. This change will make it impossible.
