Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I oppose exempting banks with over $250 million in assets from the
requirements of the Community Reinvestment Act. I have seen the positive
impact of CRA requirements in small, medium and large communities. This is
the one way to insure that at least some of the profits from deposits are
re-invested in the community.
