Gentlemen,

I strongly oppose the proposed rule changing the Community Reinvestment Act regulations. In my opinion, it will really undermines rural communities. Please, do not adopt this rule. The program helps so many families who would not otherwise have the opportunity to own their own home. I am one of those families. It is a wonderful program.
