Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

Good Day:

I wish to voice my concern over the proposed changes to the Community Reinvestment Act. I strongly oppose exempting banks with assets above $250 million from the requirements of the act. This is a segment of the lending community crucial to community and small business investment, in lower-income communities in particular. It will not only reduce lending, investment and services in low-income communities, but also reduce the incentive for these banks to provide another crucial element of community development—expertise and leadership.

Please reconsider the proposed changes to the act.
