Subject: Community Reinvestment 12 CFR Part 345

The proposal to allow banks with assets of more than $250 million to be considered "small banks" for the puposes of examination under the Community Reinvestment Act would hurt low-income families and communities by reducing lending, investment, and services in low-income communities.

I oppose the proposed rule change regarding CRA regulations. Please do not adopt this rule. Deborah Adams
