Gentlemen

Regarding RIN 3064-AC50:

I strongly oppose the proposed rule changing the Community Reinvestment Act regulations. In my opinion, it will strongly undermine low and moderate income communities by exempting most banks from affirmative lending.

I urge you not to adopt this rule.
