To Whom It May Concern - regarding RIN 3064-AC50:

I strongly oppose the proposed rule changing the Community Reinvestment Act regulations. In my opinion, it will undermine low and moderate income communities in devastating ways. CRA has served our communities weel in the Quad Cities. Please do not adopt this rule.
