Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I wish to register my strong objection to any change in FDIC rules that
would exempt banks with under $1 billion in assets from compliance with
reporting requirements on distribution of loans. Such a change would
impact some of the most vulnerable areas of the country, including
especially the District of Columbia. As one who has worked with homeless
people and on a task force seeking to establish an affordable housing
ordinance, I know what a vital role these regulations play. Please do
not make this change.

Yours sincerely,
(Rev.) Linda M. Maloney
