Good Morning.

I am the LISC Program Officer in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. This change to the CRA that you are proposing threatens the work we are doing to reduce poverty and increase homeownership down here. I would like to say for the record that I oppose the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $250 million to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act. This policy would reduce lending, investments and services in low-income communities.
