Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

CRA is a standard that should be used to measure the performance of every
federally chartered bank, depository institute and mortgage lender. CRA
protects our cities, our neighborhoods and rural areas from disinvestment.
It was good enough for Nixon and it's good for the country.
