RE: Community Reinvestment. 12 CFR Part 345

I strongly oppose the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $250 million to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act. This policy would reduce lending, investments and services in low-income communities.
We are seeing progress in revitalizing low-income communities from the investment under the current CRA policies. We do not want to lose ground on that progress we have already made.
