AGENCY: Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).
ACTION: Notice of information collection to be submitted to OMB for
review and approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.

SUMMARY: In accordance with requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act
of 1995 (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.), the FDIC hereby gives notice that it
plans to submit to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request
for OMB review and approval of the information collection system
described below.
Type of Review: Revision of a currently approved collection.
Title: Acquisition Services Information Requirements.
Form Number: 3700/04A.
OMB Number: 3064-0072.
Annual Burden
Estimated annual number of respondents: 31,528.
Estimated time per response 0.42 hours.
Average annual burden hours 13,241 hours.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The proposed revision to this collection
involves the submission of information on Form 3700/04A by contractors
who wish to do business with the FDIC. The form is used to help
determine a contractor's compliance with FDIC contracting regulations
for potential FDIC contract awards, including whether the contractor is
a minority-owned business or women-owned business.
