Abstract: This rulemaking, sponsored jointly by the OCC, the FRS, OTS,

and the FDIC, revises the agencies' rules to establish rules of

practice and procedure for the removal, suspension, and debarment of

accountants and their firms from performing section 36 of the Federal

Deposit Insurance Act audit services for insured depository

institutions.
