Subject: Amending regulation's 502 and 503

I feel that we have enough advisory information hitting the average consumer from all sides; therefore, it makes sense to minimize the amount of verbiage necessary in conveying privacy notices.  The average consumer does not, nor has time to, read fine print and/or long and excessive explanations.  Just wondering, why do you need so many agencies to do this seemingly simple task?
