Subject: RE: FIL-54-2003 LIVING TRUST ACCOUNTS SUBJECT: Proposed Rule to Clarify the Regulations on Insuring Living Trust Accounts

It would be nice to approve the first alternative, it would keep things simple and as stated, in line with the current rule of per qualifying beneficiary. Would also help account owners so that they are not look at many different banks to invest their money due to FDIC coverage.
