RE: Insuring Living Trust Accounts

Dear Mr. Feldman:

On behalf of Independent Community Bank, I have been asked to comment on the proposal for insuring
living trusts. We prefer the first alternative which would provide coverage up to $100,000 per qualifying
named in the living trust, regardless of contingencies in the trust.

Sincerely
Joyce L. Pinder
Senior Vice President
Independent Community Bank
