Subject: Living Trust Proposal

To Whom It May Concern:

I am sending in a response to the FDIC regarding the recent polling of institutions for the living trust insurance.

CoVest Banc (located at 749 Lee Street, Des Plaines, IL 60016) prefers Alternative #1-Providing coverage up to $100,000 per qualifying beneficiary named in the living trust. This is the option we currently use.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding this e-mail, please feel free to e-mail me or call me at (847) 870-2536.

Sincerely,
Christine E. Stotland
