Privacy Notice - comments

Dear Mr. Feldman:

I wish to comment on making the Privacy Notice easier for consumers to understand.

Sending the privacy statement each year is wasteful and burdensome. Customers are provided the Privacy Notice when the relationship is established. After that, the rule should require it be sent again, only when the statement has been changed.
