Subject: Proposed Rules to Clarify Living Trust Acct Ins

This e-mail is to comment on the proposed changes to the insurance
coverage of deposit accounts held in living trusts.

Both alternatives are improvements to the current regulation, but
the second one is easier to explain to the depositor and for the
bank to keep track of.

We are very excited that this confusing issue is being addressed.
We have many deposit accounts held in the names of living trusts.

Thank you.
