Subject: Proposed Changes to CRA Thresholds

This email is official notification that Eastwood Bank, a state bank chartered in Kasson, MN, is in full support of changing the CRA reporting thresholds for the large bank CRA test to $500 million from $250 million.

Eastwood Bank is a small community bank located in the southeast Minnesota town of Rochester, MN and surrounding communities with total assets approximating $240 million. We are not a regional, national, or multinational large bank, and we don't think we should be regulated like one. We believe the small bank CRA standards are still adequate for a bank our size, and up-to $500 million in assets.

Thank you for reading this comment.
