I strongly oppose the proposed
changes!

The suggested changes benefit Banks - - not the people
in the community who supposedly are to be served
by these same institutions.
Keep the definition of 'small banks' as is and help - not hinder
communities as they 'encourage' these institutions to participate
in local housing and community development efforts.
